Thursday 29th May, Glasgow

The launch party will be a rare chance to see the record performed by the full and original band featuring Ailbhe Nic Oireachtaigh (viola), Oliver Pitt (duduk, bouzouki, percussion), Harry Górski-Brown (small pipes, violin), and Stevie Jones (double bass, recording, mixing)—blending traditional, early, and experimental music.

Harry will perform some of his  Durt Dronemaker After Dreamboats album, release on GLARC, shonky small pipes and Gaelic song. Expect atonal drones and a GSOH.

UZGANC choir
Uzganc is a Glasgow based choir started by Martin Steuck (aka Wormhook). It is a testing ground for voices, made up of a changeable group musicians and non musicians. They push frank lyrics through  multiple voices, harmonies and structural shifts to create something relatable and otherworldly.

Sound of Yell
 Sound of Yell are an all acoustic collective from Glasgow playing the compositions of Stevie Jones. These pieces are “Invigorating, innovative and addictive…fluent, intuitive and frequently beautiful.” The Quietus
